Parent Interviews: Feb 2026 Parent Interviews will take place from Mon 2nd - Thurs 5th Feb in school. Appointment times will go home this week. Parents and guardians are reminded school will finish at 1pm each day and transport will run earlier too. We appreciate your help in ensuring children are collected promptly from school. Thank you.

Take 5 Celebration

We were delighted to attend the Take 5 Celebration Day this week and to receive the Level 2 accreditation for the primary school and Level 1 accreditation for the Nursery.
As well as the weekly Wellbeing Wednesday initiative in school, we continue to participate in a wide range of awareness days and weeks across the school year to help deliver the Take 5 approach. From the Sustrans programme, to anti-bullying week, mental health awareness and digital safety to name a few the children have lots of opportunities to learn, to take notice, to connect, to be active and to give. 
At Braidside we place a high priority of the wellbeing of our school community and following the Take 5 steps to wellbeing facilitates a clear message and approach.
We look forward to continuing this journey and to introducing pupil champions next year!
