Braidside Integrated Primary & Nursery School
Braidside Take 5 Day Next Wednesday 8th May we will hold our Take 5 day, with a sponsored walk on our grounds, a colouring/ poster competition, outdoor activities and "Beautiful Things" challenge. Pupils should ensure they are wearing trainers/ suitable footwear for their class walk. Sponsor sheets have been distributed to all classes and hopefully children have been getting support from family and friends. We are focusing on wellbeing, sun awareness and celebrating national walking month. #take5#stepstowellbeing#connect#keeplearning#beactive#takenote#give | May Day Holiday School will be closed on Monday 6th May for the May Day holiday.

Platinum Jubilee Commemorative Tiles

Today children brought home their commemorative Platinum Jubilee tile. Over the last few weeks we have been learning about what a special world event this will be. We have designed and created many representations of the Queen’s life. KS2 children had a tough job today judging the winner of the teachers competition. Very many thanks to McCartney Tiles in Randalstown for the kind donation of all the tiles. We look forward to continuing our celebrations tomorrow.
