P6O work Mon 11th May

11th May 2020

Hello P6O. How are you all doing? I hope you all enjoyed the long bank holiday weekend. I know we couldn't get out and about or visit family and friends but I hope you still enjoyed the time with your families.

So how is school work going? Are you doing lots, little bits, hardly any or nothing at all? Ask your parents if they completed the survey? We want to know if there's anything more that we can do to help with school work.

Thank you to those who have sent me emails telling me how you're doing, how the work is going, sending photos of yourself in action and samples of your work too. I love hearing from you. I really do miss you all. I've been doing lots of gardening and walking the dogs as well as trying to keep Hannah doing her school work! (That hasn't been easy!) I spent Friday afternoon helping her to make a puppet show theatre out of junk material for her technology task.

I have given you New Wave English and Maths today but you will notice that the spelling task is different. It's coloured and has different things for you to do using the words. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Keep going with your MA and comprehension booklets. Remember to keep those times tables sharp too!

Take care and keep in touch,

Mrs O'Neill:)
