P6F Learn about Alzheimer’s, Dementia and care for the elderly

Term 2, P6F did study work on Alzheimer’s and charities associated with this disease. They learned that it can affect younger adults too. We had a presentation by our very own Shelley, who shared with us her insight into working in a Care Home. We, as a class had to do presentations of things that interested us.  Mrs Fulton introduced this topic by sharing with us, a news article written about her step gran - 109 this coming June 2023. She then presented a talk based on her running of marathons. We got to see her medals. We were then tasked to design our own presentations based on our interests. We taught each other so much!
