P5F develop processing skills

P5F have worked very hard on developing their creative writing.  Part of The Grinch story - based on the film- was split into scenes.  The children wrote about a specific scene. Drafting and editing were skills explored. Use of alliteration, simile, ellipses, rhetorical questions, cliff hangers and super adjectives were all included. They had fun word processing them. Making the text interesting for purpose of audience was time consuming but fun!  Lots has been learned about text, inserting images, conducting safe searches and accessing different documents from one screen. 

We are VERY happy with our finished pieces.
