It's time to party in the carpark once more!
Dear Parents/Guardians
On Friday 6th June we will be once again hosting our end of year Sustrans 'party in the carpark event'.
This is an event whereby we encourage families to actively travel to school where possible and where the turning circle is cordoned off for most of the day to allow for each class to partake in fun activities instead. This is an initiative designed to reduce vehicle usage and in a small way help the environment whilst also allowing the children to relax and have fun.
On Friday morning the turning circle will be cordoned off from 9:10 onwards and will reopen in time for afternoon pickups. We kindly ask Nursery parents to use the staff car park when collecting their children. As the weather forecast is currently unfavourable we encourage you to ensure that your child wears a coat and comfortable trainers to school on Friday.
Thankyou so very much for your unwavering support for the Sustrans programme every year, we are so very thankful for how much the school community embrace each event, kind regards and best wishes, Mrs Horan.
