Braidside Integrated Primary & Nursery School

Braidside Take 5 Day Next Wednesday 8th May we will hold our Take 5 day, with a sponsored walk on our grounds, a colouring/ poster competition, outdoor activities and "Beautiful Things" challenge. Pupils should ensure they are wearing trainers/ suitable footwear for their class walk. Sponsor sheets have been distributed to all classes and hopefully children have been getting support from family and friends. It was Odd Socks Day in P4O

As part of Anti-Bullying Week we celebrated being different by wearing odd socks. It really shows how being different is fun! Just look at how many different socks we had - even Santa and Rudolph made an early appearance! We also watched our Anti-Bullying Week virtual assembly provided by the Anti-Bullying Alliance with Andy and the Odd Socks and learnt how bullying affects people and how we can stand against it. During the week we will be doing further activities so watch this space.
