Homework week beginning Monday 16th September

 💫 Welcome 💫 everyone to our first week of 🏡 homework. 🏡

Please remember the time limit of 40-45 minutes each day maximum. 

1. Spellings - calendar based words to be learned this week.  Please complete activities set.  

2. Times tables - x2 pages. Please complete all pages on x2- doubling. 

3. Comprehension - P5 - Sounds  P6- Dipping into the dictionary - both classes have to complete the answers in the booklet. Please use highlighter to highlight important info and words in both the questions and the passage.  Read questions first to help get context of text and to help you find what info you need for answers.

4. Mental Arithmetic - P5 - section 1 test A,B,C  P6 - section 1 test A,B,C.

5. Reading - 15 minutes per night - own choice of book and genre  some pupils may have books home to read too  They are also able to read their own choice of book/ text if they want.  

🖌️🖌️ Remember boys and girls, bitesize chunks work best.  Please use daily schedule to help you plan what you are going to do each afternoon.

Homework is due in on Thursdays.
