Healthy Eating Week - Have 5 A Day Challenge

Dear Parents,

I hope your child enjoyed having breakfast in school this morning.  That was day one of our Healthy Eating Week Challenge completed.    

Our Healthy Eating Challenge for Tuesday, 15th June is to eat 5 portions of fruit or vegetables.

At Braidside, we are encouraging each child to bring a healthy snack for their break on Tuesday and then this can count towards their 5 portions.  

Thank you in advance for helping your child complete this challenge.
