Braidside Integrated Primary & Nursery School
Braidside Take 5 Day Next Wednesday 8th May we will hold our Take 5 day, with a sponsored walk on our grounds, a colouring/ poster competition, outdoor activities and "Beautiful Things" challenge. Pupils should ensure they are wearing trainers/ suitable footwear for their class walk. Sponsor sheets have been distributed to all classes and hopefully children have been getting support from family and friends. We are focusing on wellbeing, sun awareness and celebrating national walking month. #take5#stepstowellbeing#connect#keeplearning#beactive#takenote#give

Free School Meals/ School Uniform/ PE Clothing allowance 21-22

Parents/ Guardians who are currently in receipt of support for the 20/21 school year will not be sent a pre-populated form for the 21/22 school year. All parents/ guardians (including new applicants) are required to apply online from Monday 7th June 2021 via the EA website (www.eani.org.uk/financial-help/free-school-meals). 

The EA recommends that parents/guardians apply during June 2021, or as early as possible, to enable applications to be processed for support to be in place for their children for the new school year. Parents/ guardians are being advised of the importance of providing valid bank or building society account details in the claimant's own name. Payments cannot be made into Post Office accounts.

Helpdesk

The FSM and Uniform Grants helpdesk is operated by staff across the EA FSM/ Uniform Grants Service. It is available to assist parents/ guardians who may have queries.
