Children’s Mental Health Week

P1 celebrated Children’s Mental Health Week by talking about things that make them happy. We talked about how it is important to do these things as it is so important that we are happy. 
One key thing that the children all said made them happy was doing gymnastics in P.E. So thank you Mrs O’Neill for setting up the equipment for us this half term. The children thoroughly enjoyed it.
We had a discussion about things that make us happy and what stood out to me was that it’s really the simple things that mean the most to children.
