Braidside Integrated Primary & Nursery School
Braidside Take 5 Day Next Wednesday 8th May we will hold our Take 5 day, with a sponsored walk on our grounds, a colouring/ poster competition, outdoor activities and "Beautiful Things" challenge. Pupils should ensure they are wearing trainers/ suitable footwear for their class walk. Sponsor sheets have been distributed to all classes and hopefully children have been getting support from family and friends. We are focusing on wellbeing, sun awareness and celebrating national walking month. #take5#stepstowellbeing#connect#keeplearning#beactive#takenote#give | May Day Holiday School will be closed on Monday 6th May for the May Day holiday.

Braidside Integrated Primary & Nursery 30th Anniversary

This year 2019-20, Braidside will mark and celebrate 30 years of Integrated Primary Education in Ballymena. Plans are well underway for various celebrations which will take place across this school year. We will share information about events taking place on our website and Facebook page.

Today we held our 30th Birthday Assembly... there were balloons, a cake and a chorus of Happy Birthday Braidside to get us started. On 27th September 2019 we will have a whole school photograph taken in our playground and we would ask that all children are in full school uniform for the photo.

Finally, we would encourage all parents to get involved in events, planning even meetings if you can make it. We would be delighted to welcome you. We look forward to celebrating this wonderful occasion with our school community!
