Braidside Integrated Primary & Nursery School
Braidside Take 5 Day Next Wednesday 8th May we will hold our Take 5 day, with a sponsored walk on our grounds, a colouring/ poster competition, outdoor activities and "Beautiful Things" challenge. Pupils should ensure they are wearing trainers/ suitable footwear for their class walk. Sponsor sheets have been distributed to all classes and hopefully children have been getting support from family and friends. We are focusing on wellbeing, sun awareness and celebrating national walking month. #take5#stepstowellbeing#connect#keeplearning#beactive#takenote#give | May Day Holiday School will be closed on Monday 6th May for the May Day holiday.

Ready, set, go! A great start to the Big Pedal!

We have been so very delighted to see so many children and parents embracing the Sustrans Big Pedal over the past two mornings and making an extra special effort to walk, scoot or cycle to and from school. A big thankyou to everyone involved.  Every journey counts and we achieved 11th place in the initial Northern Ireland leaderboard for yesterday this morning so please keep this up. Here are some photos of the fun we have been having so far. Please don’t forget to wear your helmets and high visibility clothing where possible. Thankyou everyone!
