Braidside Integrated Primary & Nursery School
Braidside Take 5 Day Next Wednesday 8th May we will hold our Take 5 day, with a sponsored walk on our grounds, a colouring/ poster competition, outdoor activities and "Beautiful Things" challenge. Pupils should ensure they are wearing trainers/ suitable footwear for their class walk. Sponsor sheets have been distributed to all classes and hopefully children have been getting support from family and friends. We are focusing on wellbeing, sun awareness and celebrating national walking month. #take5#stepstowellbeing#connect#keeplearning#beactive#takenote#give | May Day Holiday School will be closed on Monday 6th May for the May Day holiday.

Learn times tables x2 to x7 and play online games such as Hit the Button or website www.timestables.co.uk or any others you can find.

Learn spellings and complete the activities daily.

Fact finding- our new topic is AFRICA and we are looking at it geographically. Can you find the name of the large desert in the top part of the continent? If Africa is the second largest continent, which one is the largest?
