Today we made a list all the times when we might need a ' Helping Hand - scared, worried, lonely, angry, hurt or nervous. Then we made our own 'Helping Hand' with ideas on how we can cope with these feelings. We are going to keep them under our desks so we all have our very own 'Helping Hand'. 😊
